Eligibility and Registration

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

When you apply for or register for our programs, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Coaching Relationship and Professional Boundaries

Our coaching services are designed to facilitate personal and professional growth. The coaching relationship is a collaborative partnership, and your active participation is essential for achieving desired outcomes.

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for coaching services and programs will be communicated to you prior to enrollment. By enrolling in a program, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the payment schedule provided.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Integrated Leadership or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our express written permission. Any materials provided to you as part of our coaching programs are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
